A warm Texas welcome awaits your guests upon arrival at the designated terminal(s) of George Bush Intercontinental and/or Hobby Airport(s). Our uniformed personnel will be in the baggage claim area with signage displaying your company or association name. Our knowledgeable staff is happy to answer questions regarding Houston, as well as give dining or shopping recommendations. Guests are personally escorted to their waiting transportation, whether it be motorcoach, minibus, sedan, limousine, executive motorcoach, or van. Porterage is available for a nominal fee.
At the conclusion of their stay, your group's departure will be handled in the same efficient yet warm manner. DH will schedule return transportation to the airport(s) based on your group's needs and the departure manifest you have provided. A DH supervisor will be on-site for the group's departures, coordinating with the site hotel to load passengers ensuring a smooth return to the airport(s).
Meet & Greet prices vary greatly; determining factors include the airports used, and the arrival and departure windows. An estimated per person cost may be provided, but cannot be guaranteed until after an analysis of the flight manifest.
